Terms & Conditions

Applies to: Prop Firm Challenge Passing & Account Management Services
By accessing or purchasing services from MrKillDaMarkets / Trillionaires Clvb, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
We provide two primary services:
🔹 Prop Firm Challenge Passing
We trade on your behalf to pass your purchased challenge from any proprietary trading firm.
🔹 Account Management
We manage already-passed live prop firm accounts, aiming for consistent profitability under agreed performance splits.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- 18+ years old
- The legal owner of the prop firm account
- Willing to provide login credentials and comply with all service rules.
3. Service Fees & Payment
💸 Challenge Passing
One-time fees based on account size:
• $5K–$15K → $497
• $20K–$25K → $759
• $50K–$100K → $997
• $125K–$450K → $1,597
• $500K → $2,010
• $1M → $3,010
Guaranteed Passing is available for all firms. Pricing ranges from $750–$3,010, depending on account size.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated in Section 6 (Refund Policy).
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide full login credentials upon request
- Not interfere with open trades or modify settings
– Not Login to the account at any given time
– Not harass the team about questions on when challenge will be passed
– Not constantly message affiliates - Not share account access while the service is active
- Purchase your own challenge directly from the prop firm
Violation of these responsibilities may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.
5. Service Timeline
Challenge Passing is typically completed within 2–8 weeks, depending on firm rules, platform conditions, and market structure.
Some firms (e.g., Nova Funding, Funding Pips) may be completed in under 48 hours, depending on account type.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only under the following Guaranteed Pass conditions:
- We fail to pass your challenge in 12 months
- You have not violated any terms (see Section 4)
- The prop firm did not disqualify the account for external reasons (e.g., their own policy violations or suspicion of account passing)
No refund is provided:
- For standard passing (non-guaranteed)
– Account Management - If client interferes with trades
- If prop firm changes rules, closes, or flags account for third-party management.
If a free retry is offered by the prop firm due to a positive balance, we will reattempt at no additional cost.
7. Account Management Terms
💼 One-time Fee:
- $599 for $5K–$50K accounts
- $999 for $50K–$1M accounts
📊 Profit Split:
50% of payouts issued by the prop firm to the client.
This is non-negotiable.
Funds are withdrawn biweekly or monthly, depending on the prop firm’s payout schedule.
8. Confidentiality
All client information (including login credentials) is strictly confidential.
All strategies used during the service are proprietary to the Provider and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed under any circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Technical platform issues
- Changes in prop firm rules or payout policies
- Misrepresentation of account status
- Disqualification from firms due to external audits
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any service without refund if:
- Client interferes with trades
- Login is shared or modified
- Prop firm flags account due to client actions
Either party may terminate with written notice. Confidentiality and liability clauses survive termination.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed under the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
12. Agreement
By purchasing any service from MrKillDaMarkets / Trillionaires Clvb, you agree to all of the above terms and waive any right to chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized refund claims.
